SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 MEAL PREP MONDAY.
Maple Apple Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 serving Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/3 Apple, Sliced
Cinnamon
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Milk of Choice
In a medium skillet, add your maple syrup, sliced apples and cinnamon. Cook until the apples become soft and maple syrup is all soaked up.
In a small overnight oats container, add your oats, greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla and milk of choice. Mix until well combined. Top the oats with the apples and store in fridge for the week!
Cheesy Beef Burritos:
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 packed taco seasoning
6 Burrito Tortillas (I use Hero Brand)
1/2 cup white rice, cooked
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 white onion, diced
1 can corn
Shredded Mexican Cheese
Cook your rice according to the package instructions.
In a medium skillet, add your ground beef, white onion and taco seasoning.
Then as the meat is cooking, add your diced tomatoes and corn.
Once your rice Is done cooking, add in your rice.
Cook until all the meat is cooked through.
Place your tortillas down on the counter and evenly distribute your ground beef mixture into each one.
Top each with shredded cheese.
Roll into burritos and store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze and pull out and place in refrigerator 24 hours before.
Chocolate Rice Puff Bars:
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate (I use the HU Brand)
2 Cups Puffed Rice Cereal
1/2 Cup Oats
3 tbsp Flax & Chia Seed Blend
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt
In a small saucepan, on low heat, add your almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and chocolate. Mix until everything melts together and take off the heat.
In a mixing bowl, add in your puffed rice cereal, oats, chia seed blend. Add in your chocolate mixture and mix until well-combined.
In a parchment paper lined baking dish, add your Puff mixture in and press until everything is compact.
Place in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting into squares! Enjoy!
