AUGUST 17, 2026 MEAL PREP MONDAY.

Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies/ Cookie Dough:

  • 1 cup unsalted browned butter

  • 200g light brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 3 teaspoons vanilla

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 tbsp brewers yeast

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

In a sauce pan, put in your butter and brown it.

In a large mixing bowl, add in the rest of your ingredients.

Once the butter is browned and cooled, add into your mixing bowl and mix until everything is well combined.

If enjoying right away, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Scoop out 1-2 tbsp sized scoops and roll into balls.

Lay out on your baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.

If prepping dough ahead, roll into 1-2 tbsp sized balls and place in a meal prep or reusable container and store in the fridge for 3-4 days or store in the freezer and take out when you want to enjoy!

High Protein Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • Cinnamon

In a blender, add in all your ingredients and blend until smooth.

Preheat a large pan and make sure it is greased.

Pour about 4 inch sized pancakes onto the pan. If you’d like to add any toppings (chocolate chips, bananas, etc), add them onto each pancake before flipping.

Flip the pancakes and let cool completely before storing.

In order for them not to freeze together, make sure you separate them with parchment paper.

Enjoy right away or freeze and pop in a toaster oven when ready to enjoy!

High Protein Mac & Cheese:

  • 2 8 oz boxes of your favorite high protein pasta noodles (Goodles, Banza, Barilla, etc)

  • 2 cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese

  • 2 Cups Whole Milk

  • 1.5 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1.5 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 Cups Bone Broth

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

In a large skillet, add in your 2 cups of bone broth and 1 cup of water. Pour the entire box of noodles into the skillet and cover and bring to a boil. The noodles will cook and soak up all the liquid!

While noodles are cooking, in a blender add in your cottage cheese, milk, and seasonings. Blend until combined.

Once the noodles have soaked up all the liquid, add in the blended mixture on top. Then top with the shredded cheese.

Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined. To thicken it up, keep stirring on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
