Evenly line the bottom of each muffin liner with a thin layer of melted chocolate. Place in freezer.
In a bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, melted butter and pinch of sea salt. Mix altogether and add chocolate chips and a splash of milk if needed for consistency.

Crockpot Lasagna:
- 1lb ground beef
- uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 36oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs

In a medium skillet, cook ground beef and season with Italian seasoning. Cook until meat is all the way cooked through and then add in marinara sauce and turn off heat.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix.
To layer lasagna in crockpot:
Put one layer of meat sauce, break in lasagna noodles, then cover with another layer of meat sauce. Top noodles with a layer of cheese and repeat until you run out of sauce and cheese.
Top with ½ cup of mozzarella cheese and cover. Cook on high for 3 hours. Enjoy!
