JULY 27, 2026 MEAL PREP MONDAY.

Viral Chocolate Brownie Protein balls:

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dates, smashed

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • Splash of Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Salty Dark Chocolate Hu Chocolate Bar

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

In a food processor, add all your ingredients and mix until well combined.

IF NEEDED FOR TEXTURE: add 1 tbsp of water at a time to help with consistency (sometimes different protein powders make texture different!)

Roll into 1 tbsp sized balls and place on parchment paper.

Melt your Hu Chocolate Bar with 1 tsp of coconut oil.

Drizzle chocolate on top of each protein ball and place in the fridge!

High protein sheet pan breakfast burrito:

  • 8 Burrito Tortillas (I used the Hero Brand)

  • 5 Eggs

  • 1 cup Egg Whites

  • 1 cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 12 Amylu Sausage Links

  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Chop your chicken sausages into bite sized pieces and cook on a medium skillet until cooked through.

In a blender, add in your eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

On a well-greased sheet pan, add your chopped chicken sausage, chopped bell peppers and egg mixture overtop. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place in oven for 15 minutes or until eggs are cooked all the way through.

Once done, evenly divide your egg bake into 8 pieces and add onto the top of each tortilla.

Fold into burritos and store in fridge for a few days or freezer and reheat as needed!

Crockpot Beef and Broccoli Bowls:

  • 1.5-2lbs Flank Steak

  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth

  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated

  • 1/4 Cup Corn Starch

  • 1/4 Cup Water

  • 2-3 Cups Broccoli Florets

  • 1 Cup White Rice

Place your flank steak into the bottom of your crockpot.

Mix together your bone broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a bowl and pot overtop of your meat in the crockpot.

Cook on LOW for 5 hours

When your cook time has about 30 minutes left, mix together the corn starch and water and add into the slow cooker so the broth thickens up for the remainder of the cook time.

Add your washed broccoli on top of the beef and cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Cook your rice according to the instructions.

Once done, evenly distribute your rice and broccoli into 5 meal prep containers (if using for meal prep!)

Take out beef and cut into pieces and add those to each container.

Pour broth over the meat and add a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Cover and store in fridge for 3-4 days!
